There are five endings for Barbara’s hangout event - some of them better than others. In order to receive all the rewards from the quest, you need to complete all five endings. Fortunately, you’re able to skip around to various checkpoints in the hangout event and choose different options, so you can easily unlock them all. In order to begin a hangout event, you need to spend two story keys.
Aside from the five possible endings, it’s possible to completely fail Barbara’s hangout event by choosing options that are so disastrously wrong that she immediately runs away.
